As a third-year (3L) law student  immersed in the stimulating academic atmosphere of the University of Miami School of Law, Lance is at the cutting edge of current legal principles and practices.

Before joining the Damas Law family, Lance made the decision to cut his teeth in the legal profession as an intern at the Miami-Dade  Public Defender’s Office. Throughout his time there, he learned the true importance of prioritizing the client and going above and beyond to ensure that each case was seen to with the upmost care and consideration, while simultaneously adapting to an everchanging and rigorous environment.

Lance has thrived under the exacting demands of complex case management, deftly handling a wide variety of tasks, which include conducting thorough legal research, drafting precise and compelling motions, providing robust support in trial preparation, and working on a range of transactional legal assignments.

The journey to legal mastery is one that Lance embarks upon with both passion and purpose.
